Account ManagementThe ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT component allows marketers to: 

  • Create, delete, merge and split customer accounts, household accounts, and loyalty cards
  • Manage the customer’s personal information and preferences
  • Track purchases and transactions on the customer’s account (made available to the call center and customer-dedicated website)

This information can also be used by the TARGETING component.
